Please order carefully, because the product is large and the distance is far, such as non-quality problems return, you need to bear the corresponding freight and tariffs generated by the product.

On this page we will explain the shipping methods, the shipping time and all necessary information for a smooth process of your purchase. Please note that the complete delivery time is composed of the processing time, the duration of the packaging and the actual shipping.

This is another alternative to DHL Express. The shipping time is between 5 - 10 days and varies depending on the destination. The shipping costs are usually 10 €, but vary depending on the weight. For larger orders, please contact us for discounts and exact shipping charges. The advantage of Global Priority is the easy handling without additional customs costs and import sales tax. This shipping method is good for Smartphones, Laptops, Tablets and big Gadgets.

SHIPMENT TRACKING:

You will receive your personal tracking number by e-mail immediately after the order has been sent. Since we work with a shipping service provider and it usually takes 1-7 days to send us the tracking number, we ask for your patience. The tracking number allows you to track your package online at any time of the day or night.

TRANSPORTS DAMAGES AND LOSS

carefully checks the goods before each shipment and packs them carefully and without breakage. We ask every customer to carefully inspect the package before accepting it and to report any damage directly to the external postman. If you find that the goods are damaged after unpacking, we ask you to contact us immediately. We will discuss the further course with you.

In the case of a DHL package, a damage must be recorded within 7 days. We would then send you an invoice for the actual value of the goods for DHL by e-mail.

Please indicate in the form that the package should be returned to us. As a rule, DHL will be reimbursed after a processing period. We do not assume any guarantee of the amount paid, should DHL not refund!

In an alternative transport provider the process differs at certain points and should be carried out in consultation with us.

If your package is lost with DHL Express, we will assume full responsibility and refund or make replacement. Before we make a refund or supply replacement goods, we will be entitled to submit an inquiry request. If this is not successful, you will receive a refund or a replacement delivery.

Should all delivery attempts to you be in vain, the package will be returned by mail. In this case, you are not entitled to a replacement, since we usually do not receive the devices back. If the device arrives with us again (duration up to 2 months), we will gladly send it to you again against reimbursement of the shipping costs.

The total weight of the package is transmitted to the customer with the dispatch mail. We ask each customer to check the total weight on receipt and should it differ strongly, it may be possible that products have been stolen from the package. In this case you should contact us and, if necessary, arrange a damage to the shipping company.

For added security, we recommend opening the package in the presence of the postman, or a second person. If necessary, you can also make a video of the opening of the package.
